Request an Agent Showing for a Rental Property

1. The Broker does not provide Showing Service for Rental Properties listed by other Brokers.
2. The Broker will provide Showing Service for his own listed Rental Properties on the condition that the Rental Customer submit an approvable Pre-Qualification Form (see below) including their Credit Report.  The Pre-Qualification is free and it does not deduct any points from the Rental Customers Credit Score.
3. The Broker strongly recommends that you call the Office at (205) 259-1918 to be sure a property is still available before you begin the Pre-Qualification Process.
