Conditions that have to be Met Before a Lease can be Signed

There are some situations that can develop where an Applicant is approved on credit and income, but the Broker will not present a Lease for the two parties to sign. These situations include, but are not limited to:

1. The Applicant(s) has not personally visited the property and approved its condition. Viewing a property virtually and/or having a friend, relative or Agent view the property for an Applicant does not satisfy the Broker’s published requirement for the Applicant to visit the property personally and approve its condition.
2. The Applicant has not processed a Pet Application and obtained approval and/or has not processed the No Pet Affidavit.
