Disclosure to Insurance Policyholders Working with Third Party Relocation Agencies

and/or Their Insurance Carriers

The Broker and the Property Owner will not accept a verbal promise from the Relocation Agency or the Insurance Company to guarantee rent payments to the Property Owner.  The Broker and the Property Owner will not accept a letter, signed by only one party, guaranteeing rent payments to the Property Owner.  The Relocation Agency and/or the Insurance Company is welcome to enter into a bilateral contract, by signing a Lease with the Property Owner, provided that they can qualify for a Corporate Lease.
