Listing Occupied Properties and Showing in Guarded Communities

  1. The Broker will not provide Rently® self-showing service to an occupied property.
  2. The Broker will not provide Rently® self-showing service in a guarded gated community.
  3. The Broker will provide Rently® self-showing service in gated communities that are not guarded.
