If the Owner wants to make a brief property inspection a condition of offering a Lease Renewal, then he may do so with the understanding that the Broker will charge a $100 fee for a brief property inspection. The Broker will not conduct a property inspection for a Lease that is allowed to automatically convert to a month-to-month agreement.
